About

Change, Growth, Resilience

I am a licensed psychologist with a a doctorate in school psychology from the University of Florida. I specialize in working with children, teens and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, or adjusting to the many changes growing-up involves. I also work with parents to provide guidance on managing common childhood concerns such as picky eating, anxiety, and challenging behaviors. I consider myself a life-long student and love staying current on research-based and evidence-based approaches. I am collaborative and non-judgmental and truly enjoy my role in helping others overcome challenges. Request a consultation and we can discuss if I would be a good fit to help you on your journey.
